Eligibility: This competition is open only to residents of South Africa.

Entries:

• A completed contact form counts as one entry.
• Limit of one entry per person per method. Multiple entries by the same person through the same method will result in disqualification.
• There is no cost to enter this competition.

Competition Period:

The competition begins on 20 February 2025 and ends on 31 March 2025.

Delivery and Installation:

• Free delivery and demonstration of the Aqualift Bathlift are available only within South African borders.
• Healthcare & Mobility Africa is not responsible if the Aqualift Bathlift cannot be used in the winner’s bath.

Alternative Arrangements:

• If installation is not possible, Healthcare & Mobility Africa may offer an alternative system.

Winner Notification:

• The winner will be notified via phone within two working days of the draw.
• The winner must claim their prize within thirty days of notification. If the prize is not claimed, an alternative winner will be drawn.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted on 3 April 2025.

Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, either wholly or in part.

Data Protection:

• Participants may opt out of future communications.
• By entering, participants agree to the use of their names and images in promotional materials. Participants’ personal data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with POPIA.

General Terms:

• Healthcare and Mobility Africa reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.
• Healthcare and Mobility Africa is not liable for any losses or damages, except where prohibited by law.
• This competition is governed by South African law.
